“Everyone was great. The only thing I noticed was the tub needed work. The caulk was covering up black and the bottom of the tub was discolored at the no skid strips. Also looked like the same thing as the caulk.”

“Staff is very accommodating. Their policy is the rooms are cleaned every other day. I didn’t have a problem with that but when my room should have been cleaned it wasn’t and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. ”

“Cute little dormer had everything we needed. Much more than a “room rental.” Owners very helpful and anxious to please. Abundance of info given on surrounding areas and dining. We thoroughly enjoyed all the dining options they recommended. We should have paid more attention to the detail that renters need to climb 3 sets of stairs. We did not have a problem with that (other than ground or second floor would have been easier) or but others may. A good experience for us. ”

“We were only driving through on our way to Charleston, but so glad we stayed, it will now be a destination. The room was clean and comfortable. The beach is beautiful the staff was nice and helpful, great little restaurant right across the street. Nice walkable area.”

“It was very interesting. It’s a big house with different rooms. We all share the kitchen, living room, laundry room, pool and deck area. Overall it was pretty good. One thing that did irritated go get it brought our dog and all you can hear is another dog barking 85% of the time.!”

“Our stay at Cypress Moon Inn was idyllic! The home is close to amenities. Cocooned on a large waterfront lot in a haven of trees, you feel miles away from the bustle. Upon arrival, Linda warmly greeted us and ensured our comfort before offering a dinner suggestion. Ocean Boulevard was a spot-on recommendation! The next morning, Greg shared local knowledge of the greater Outer Banks region. We followed several of his suggestions, resulting in an engaging and lovely day of exploration. The……

“Nice staff, great location, but the place is full of mosquitos, all kinds of bugs, and even snake... Can't feel the safety after seeing that and checked out quickly... ”

“The phone randomly rang multiple times throughout the night. Rooms require general maintenance (locks, door seals, shower heads, etc). Pool was closed with no notice when booking.”

“The key did not open the room. We had to go back downstairs for them to activate it. The room was clean but the shower was slow draining. We also heard through the walls of the adjoining room. We did like the privacy and view of the water from the balcony. ”
