"The ice maker in the fridge did not work, ice cube trays were not provided. The garage as storage space was great; too many items already stored in the garage did not leave space to park a car. The driveway was totally adequate. The grill that was provided was filled with charcoal left by previous guest; no fresh charcoal was provided nor did we know that would be the case."

"Happy to have found this gem to stay in for our trip to visit Biscayne and Everglades National Parks! This house is at the end of a quiet street, immediately adjacent to the Florida turnpike (though no immediate access to the turnpike - very little road noise). This is a newer, extremely well maintained home - one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Fully stocked kitchen, starter toiletries, full laundry. Three nicely sized bedrooms plus the spacious main suite then plenty of room to spread out in the common areas. The hot tub was perfect after our long days of exploring. Again, this property is nearly spotless - except staining on the carpet in a lot of areas, you'd never even know this place was used. Even the hot tub was crystal clean. Owner was very responsive to questions both before and during our stay. Homestead is a nice area with plenty of restaurants and just out of the hustle and bustle of Miami - lots of tree farms and fruit stands in the area. 15 minutes from Biscayne, 30-60 minutes to Ernest Coe/Royal Palm and Shark Valley Visitor Centers. Great stay for our small family of 3, but would be comfortable for up to 8."
