We ate in the restaurant and it really is an experience- the food and service were outstanding. Bedrooms are beautiful - decor and furnishings. Guest services were very helpful both prior to arrival and on the day. We we definitely be back! 」

「Brilliant, I did leave a review on Google maps also. But I really enjoyed this stay. Me (m19) and my partner (F18) decided to go on a whim and book somewhere nice on Saturday night. It was a nice idea as we got out of her parents house. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean with a nice bathroom, kitchen, living area and bedroom. We cooked ourselves a meal and had a nice bath before heading out. It's literally on the doorstep of town so everything you need is within walking...

「This was an amazing place to stay. If you are looking for an authentic "room above a country pub" experience. This is the place. It does have old pub quirks, the floors arent very level, and the access upstairs is challenging. But the charm of the beams and windows is undeniable. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and if you're into art, this places hums with it. We loved our time here. And its location means its easy to explore Gloustershire and South Wales. 」

「Great stay in the Cotswolds. Very clean and beautiful! The owner was brilliantly communicative and left nice treats for us. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Loved this little place! It’s walking distance to all the shops. You really have to be okay climbing a latdder up to bed. My husband and I thought it was cute and part of the experience. The bathroom is downstairs, so if you frequent the bathroom multiple times at night the ladder could get tricky. 」

「The railway apartment was in a great location. The owners were super communicative and welcoming. 」

「We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. 」

「We had a lovely weekend here. The communication was great and informative. The property is of a very high standard in terms of interior decor and quality appliances etc. We enjoyed using the facilities of Lower Mill Estate and cooking meals in the home. The outdoor space was lovely too as well as plenty of bathrooms. 」

「Had a lovely stay , didn’t realise the stairs were quite so steep and a bit slippy. Especially after a night out!!」

「We stayed at the property as a group of 18 for two nights and the facilities were fantastic. Comfortable rooms and sofa beds with all amenities we needed, and lovely warm pool and hot tub. Communication ahead of time was prompt and helpful, and check-in was super easy. The property manager was very responsive to one minor issue we happened to have with the oven. The area was very peaceful and beautiful and an easy bus ride into Bath. Thank you!」

體驗一般，服務有待改進

"基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。"
