Do not stay at this hotel. We had a very bad experience. The room door would not close properly, and when we came back, we were able to push it open without using a key, which is a serious safety issue.
They charged $150 to our card, claiming it was because of a mark on a sheet. I called four times to explain the situation, but they told me they cannot refund the money.

“I stayed one night for business, and was delighted by this beautiful property. Everyone on staff that I encountered were warm and welcoming. My room was clean and I LOVE a separate soaker tub in a hotel bath room. This was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, and the pillows were heavenly after an incredibly long day.
