“The room good, very clean.the kitchen was not good. No coffee pot, only espresso. You had to hold the toaster down manually. Only 1 outlet so you could only use1 appliance at a time.no hot water in the sink. The hotel itself was clean but the whole surrounding area was littered with rubbish. ”

“This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted with the friendliest reception staff. The entire week that was carried through with every staff member we encountered. Our room was very clean and daily housekeeping kept it sparkling all week. The grounds are gorgeous and the walk through the gardens to the beach took my breath every time. We are already planning our return trip next year. ”

“Front desk closes early. We arrived at 8 pm and was diverted to the back of the hotel to be checked in by the Security. It was a bit of a challenge dragging my bags up the hill.”

“The room was clean, the location quiet, the pool was clean and not overly busy, and staff regularly cleaned the room and changed the towels. Although the location is hilly, the resort operates an internal shuttle bus on request. ”

“This was our first time staying on the French side, at Esmeralda. Overall, it is a decent resort; it consists of small villages, each containing four guest rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, and every village shares a swimming pool among its four units. The resort grounds feature a French restaurant serving very delicious food. Another nice perk is that the resort has its own private beach area, for which you can make reservations. There is a designated parking spot right next……

“Good aircondition, nice view from room and balcony to the beach. No breakfast, and there was rebuilding of one nearby houses so the noise was high early morning.”

“The rooms are very small. The beds were uncomfortable and extremely old creaked with any movement. The pigeons outside my window made sleep difficult. Walls are thin so you can hear movements of the adjacent rooms. Beach area was nice, pool is small but okay as well. ”
