“Everything worked except the lighters”

“This property is nicely located and is reasonably clean. While there have been some recent updates, the hotel is showing its age and is need of a more extensive renovation. Furniture in the rooms were beat up. Both drains (bathroom sink & kitchenette sink) were completely clogged. I reported the maintenance issue to staff on the first day of my visit. It was never corrected. The studio suite isn't worth the extra money. The kitchenette contained no kitchenware or silverware. There was no……

“Staff is wonderful; from check in to check out. And Patsy, who shows up extra early to make the delicious breakfast, was so friendly and accommodating. (Thank you, Patsy!) Also, the coffee is FRESH and delicious! We would stay here again. ”

“The room was spacious, clean, and safe for my 90 yo mom. The kitchenette was wonderful! Our room was quiet as was the hotel, the hotel is in a quiet location even tho it’s close to the airport. Our room had a view of a little lake with geese on it. I cannot say enough about how ACCOMMODATING, FRIENDLY, and CUSTOMER ORIENTED the hotel staff at the front desk was!!! They brought extra blankets and were kind about the extra effort. They granted a little bit of a late checkout. And they greeted my……

“this is the 2nd Tru by Hilton we have stayed in and it did not disappoint! Everything was clean, breakfast was good but it ends at 9, that is a lil different but we still loved it! This location has a pool table down in the lobby, the other had another game table, i really like they have something for you to do. Its really welcoming.”

“Everything about this house was perfect! Breakfast was delicious! Assorted breads, fresh fruit, yogurt , and an amazing egg and hash brown bake. We sat in a beautiful kitchen, windows all around with the fireplace going while we ate. Our room was cozy, clean and comfortable! The shower was excellent with high end shampoo and soap.
