The outside needed some attention and we let the manager know and he seemed eager to attend to this. “Absolutely loved the home. It's small, cozy, very clean and felt new. It is a 3-4 minute drive to some great restaurant along the scenic Greenbelt. Property was easy to access and JoAnn was very responsive. Only downsides: the patio is very small (can only fit 2 chairs) and I, personally, did not feel safe walking to the Greenbelt because of the neighborhood. Overall, a great property to stay in!”

“We enjoyed our stay at Frank’s townhome during our time in Boise. The location was perfect, the home is beautiful, and little added touches made it feel like home. The beds were comfortable, fun family games available, and a supply of coffee and tea for guests to have during the stay. We’d highly recommend and stay again on our next visit.”

“The house was great for our Boise weekend. Older part of town but easy access to freeways. Really cute house and in great condition! Super easy check-in and check out. Loved having a common place to hang out and the little patio. Only thing that could be improved- living room furniture is super cute but not especially comfortable for just hanging out, watching tv, etc.”

“We were in Boise for a hospital visit in downtown so this condo was in a great location. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was also very well supplied. If we have to return to Boise we will definitely consider staying here again. Five stars!”

“Pics were a little deceiving at least to me, I thought the hot tub was in our backyard and there really wasn’t a back yard per say maybe I missed something but other than that everything was great!!! ”

“Rock N' Roll + Sweet Dreams We stayed 12 days and had a great time. The condo is very well decorated with both a modern and eclectic touch. I will have to admit my wife fell in love with the hippo on the bedroom wall. One feature that is not mentioned in the description is the little pond off the patio. The patio has great features such a beautiful hanging fireplace on one side and a heater on the other. I loved to watch the ducks and squirrels play. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen……

“We had a great time at this wonderful condo. We had our 7 month old Cavapoo with us, and finding good, clean homes that allow responsible dog owners is not easy. This was perfect as it had easy beach access, showers, amazing view, and great location.”

“If you are looking to play at Bogus Basin this is a great location. The condo complex is near Pioneer ski lodge. The unit we stayed in was at the far end of the condo complex. It’s the furthest from the lodge but you can walk it with your gear. The condo is dated but functional. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and a kitchen/living-room with a pair of bunk beds. The beds were ok but not great.”

“We stayed four night. Very quiet area. Two bedrooms. Queen bed in one and two twins in the other. Bedrooms are on the second floor with one bathroom tub with a shower. Toilet in laundry room on main level. Full kitchen and dining area. Work well for the three adults in our group.”

“Great house. Very clean and comfortable. Quite the drive on winding dirt roads to get there from Wilderness Ranch entrance, but definitely worth it!”

“We totally enjoyed our stay here. It was a very nice older home. Lots of room. I would read the amenities list better next time It listed a washer but not a dryer. There was one, but did not work. Staying several days , we went to the laundromat to dry clothes. The fireplace did not work, but the house stayed warm. Thank you.”
