「The STAFF! We loved the staff and all of our interactions with them! They’re the most friendly humans :) the coffee machine in the lobby is also super fancy and I had the BEST hotel coffee I’ve ever had (and that’s a huge compliment because I’m super picky with my coffee). We felt super safe and comfortable here for our quick 2 night visit over the weekend. Thank you and we will be back!!! 」

「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. 「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Edwardsville, IL over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was in excellent condition and extremely clean throughout our stay. 「Their rooms were very nice and clean and well put together in their design. However, the beds and the pillows were not so good. Our pillows were so flat. I have severe neck pain and was not able to sleep comfortably the three nights we were there. We could not get comfortable in the bed. We tossed and turned all night. It felt like we were thinking in the mattress. It was very uncomfortable.」
