“The staff was wonderful! Robert made you feel like family. It was clean and a little outdated but they are under major renovations so next year it will be even better. The coffee was amazing and serve yourself any time of day with a machine that made lattes, cappuccinos, etc. Just a short walk to the beach and the pier village restaurants and shops. Very affordable.”

“The air conditioning and dehumidifier were mandatory for the rooms in Queens Court. Unfortunately, our a/c unit kept cycling on and off all night without stabilizing the room, which caused us to lose sleep. In fact, we did not get to sleep at all the first night and felt forced to vacate one day early. Since we had paid our two-day fee in advance, we have not been reimbursed for the second night even though the hotel staff notified us that they filed the 'faulty a/c complaint' as an acceptable……

“The rooms were clean but they had a very bad smell you can smell it as soon as you open your door. So.e of the young ladies in house keeping wasn't nice at all. Check in was great an check out was great the same you young lady. The front desk people were beauty nice.”

“This was our 2nd stay at the hotel. We love the location and the amenities. The staff is always helpful and courteous. The breakfast is always delicious and there is a nice bar.”

“I had mention to one of the staff we were at the hotel to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary and the HR Manger sent up a cheese tray a bottle of wine and a ballon! Over and above to make our stay wonderful!”

“Perfect if all you care about is price and have zero standards….. Arrived to the property at 2 pm. Check in is at 4. They literally make you wait until exactly 4. We know because we came back at 3:45 and they said we have to wait until 4. While we’re waiting we went to the bar area outside. The bartender looked like she hasn’t smiled in years and the drinks were awful. $14 a mixed drink and we ended up throwing them away. Once checked in we walk to our room and it smells inside the room Like it……
