“Unser Aufenthalt im Arka Hotel in Tulum war rundum ausgezeichnet und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das rund um die Uhr über WhatsApp erreichbar war und jederzeit schnell, kompetent und sehr zuvorkommend reagiert hat. Der Room Service war erstklassig – das Essen war qualitativ hochwertig, sehr frisch und geschmacklich hervorragend. Unser Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß, sehr stilvoll……

“A simple hotel that was clean and provided a basic place to stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. No elevator so if you on the second floor with bags it’s a bit of effort though the staff does help you. Basic food is available on the street close by but nothing in the hotel itself. If you need a basic place to stay this property is fine and cost effective.”

“We had the most incredible stay at Layla - this was for our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been more magical. The pool area is stunning and our room was lovely and spacious - the balcony a great addition as was the walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious, and made even better by Michael who was so attentive - we looked forward to seeing him every morning! Location is ace, and so easy to explore central Tulum - if you want to go further afield the concierge were to hand and organised everything……
