New updated property, Lake front, quiet cove! Kayaks!

Beautiful Lake Hamilton is steps from our back door. This is our third property on VRBO and all have excellent reviews! This property is less than a mile from Walmart, and less than a half a mile from a Hill Wheatley beach and public boat launch. Location is EVERYTHING! Newly updated home!

This 1600 square foot home is on Lake Hamilton and is beautiful! Nestled in a quiet cove, you will not be disappointed with all that this house has to offer. Makes a great location for family gatherings, girls' weekend, or just some downtime with your family. This house will not disappoint your expectations. You can see the lake from the living room. Drink coffee sitting on back deck overlooking the water. This property, it has a covered boat dock. There is a large back area for entertaining, fire pit for those cool nights. Large Washer and Dryer (located in carport closet) Nicely furnished and stocked with linens, towels, dishes, etc. The home is located on the western part of the lake near Highway 70 and only a short boat ride to many of the restaurant's on the lake. The house is less than 1/2 mile from the Hill Wheatley Boat Launch, and there are not many public boat launches on this lake. Wal-Mart, gas station, and restaurants are less than a mile away.

Our house has been remodeled in 2024. Great open living room with 70 inch TV for the big game, huge kitchen, bar with bar stools that is warm and inviting. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and has a great coffee bar. We have a large wooden table in our dining space that seats 8 people.

Two bedrooms contain very comfortable king size beds, including Smart TV's. One bedroom is known as our "bunk room" it contains one bunkbed (twin over full), and one twin size day bed, this room also contains a TV. We have two full bathrooms (shower in one, and a shower/tub combo in the other).

We have an amazing indoor wood burning fireplace, and an outdoor firepit that makes nights cozy. We have a ladder to get in and out of the lake. We also have four lay-out chairs that provide a comfortable place to get some sun on the dock. We do provide several lake towels as well. This property also has a charcoal grill, Charbroil gas grill, and a Z-Grill pellet smoker grill as well.

Come prepared to stay in and eat as this location has everything and more that you will need to make a gourmet meal. However, if you want to relax and not cook on your vacation, there are ample restaurants in close driving distance. This house is located in a kid friendly, family neighborhood. Bring the mountain bikes or fishing equipment also provided. We have four kayaks and a paddleboard that are provided, and have four life jackets.


Enjoy boating, fishing, water sports, hiking or just the view. Magic Springs is in close driving distance and includes both a water park and theme park. If you are interested in watching the horses race, Oaklawn Racetrack Casino has live horse racing from December to April and has a casino and simulcast racing year round. Nearby Ouachita Mountains has excellent mountain biking and hiking. Garvan Gardens has been named as one of the best woodland gardens around. It is located on Lake Hamilton and is accessible by boat or car.


***PLEASE NOTE******* that from Early-November to early March, Lake Hamilton is drained roughly 2-5 feet and our dock will be on the ground since we are in the cove.
**🐾We are pet friendly! We just ask that they are well-behaved, well groomed, house trained, and up to date on all shots with flea and tick prevention. We provide a large dog crate, so you don’t have to worry about transporting yours.

***We have security cameras located outside of the home, but are disabled during your stay! We do not record or monitor at all during your stay, and these cameras are strictly to monitor our home for safety during vacant times!

The entrance has a slope, but the back yard is very flat as it walks right out to the lake. We have plenty of parking in the driveway. Able to bring a jetski (or two), and several cars.
