"Definitely for you if you like a more chic, modern stay! Place was nice and clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is walking distance from BC Place and Rogers Arena, so if you're in town for an event in one of those places, you can't get much closer than this. Good area to be in to explore Downtown Vancouver as well. And if you're up for it, Hotel Blu even has free bike rentals! But the amenities were the highlight for me. You get complimentary aromatherapy if you're into that, and a Nespresso machine in your room? Godsend. Pool is on the smaller side, but it's fantastic for a night swim. It also comes with a Hot Tub and Sauna, so you're all set. Not that many people going in late, so sometimes, you can have it all to yourself! Right beside is a nice little Gym and a small Laundry Room if you need it. Only thing is it's shared with a Residential part of the building, but it's not that much different than running into other Hotel Guests. (Wouldn't even notice if I hadn't been told) Overall great stay. If you have the extra chunk of change, it might just be worth treating yourself!"

"The property is an old but elegant landmark hotel in downtown Vancouver. It is close to the main shopping areas and better restaurants in Vancouver as well as the sea walk along the harbor. It is also within walking distance to Stanley Park. The gym and sauna were excellent and included in your stay. It has a very nice indoor pool. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were all very friendly. Great Hotel in a Great Location!"
