The hotel is cool but it should be breakfast in the morning. Lots of families need that to help them save money. If in a hotel for extended stay, clearly your low on cash My room is good. I have no complaints. Staff seems good for now. I'm just getting there so I really don't have a full view on everything but I will chime in if needed. So far so good for the great price. Thank you so much extended stay, you're really a life saver.

Clean Room!

We have previously stayed at another Extended Stay in or outside of Houston. This one is 100% better and the employees have been helpful and friendly. I've got no complaints on cleanliness, the room was clean when we checked in.

I had a good night stay the room was pretty decent for a size the bed was only a full size bed but was highly comfortable I actually slept really good and I usually don't get a good night's sleep on the first nigh in a strange bed. The shower and the restroom worked well this is a very good three-star hotel.

The staff were friendly and the rest of the property seemed fine but the room I was put in smelled very strongly of urine. I couldn't relax at all, the smell was disgusting. The bathroom has one tiny light and is extremely dark and the walls of the hotel are very thin. Absolutely not worth the price.

My husband and I checked in at around 3p and all was fine face value we left our bags. We went down stairs and found dog feces on the carpet and not to far we found a loose dog that started growling at us. We went about our business and enjoyed our day/evening then came back and fell asleep then the problems started. I woke up to a faint fire alarm on the other side of the hallway and the alarm didn’t go off on our room. So we looked around to other guests outside of their rooms and also confused. We went downstairs and the rest of the guests were outside and after all of that we decided to leave and request a refund. The lady in the front at the time was busy after the fire alarm which is expected after a situation like that but when we requested a refund she became immediately defensive. When we told her about the roaches, we told her about the dog feces and the loose dog and told her that we let those two things slide but after the fire alarm going off in the hallway and not our room putting our safety at risk is a no go and kept telling us that there is nothing that she can do and that the manager has to help us and we have to call her in the morning. Basically save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else because it’s not worth it. I hope we really do get our money back or some sort of compensation because that was very subpar.

The kitchen had no plates or utensils. Not even plastic cups. There were paint chips in the room. The only person working when i checked in seemed annoyed that their phone time was being interrupted by actually having to do their job.

Ms Carol at the front desk was amazing but that is the only positive thing I can say. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There’s roaches coming out of the sink. There’s roaches coming out of the bathroom toilet. This was the absolute worst place I’ve ever slept I cut my stay in half. And for management or possible owners that may comment on this review there is absolutely no need. Please take the time to bomb for the infestations inside of this hotel. No human should live here or stay a night at this hotel.
