The "village" with multiple coffe shops and s decent general store is ist just far enough away for a nice little walk with a reward at the end. We baked cookies, watched movies and just chilled. The house was nice, TV in every room, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and adequate kitchen. They forgot to clean the stove, everything else was clean. “This is the second time my family has rented this home. It has all the things you would want for a cozy getaway. The only downside to the property is that there is no cell phone reception, and the Wi-Fi is very spotty. We came up on the tail end of a winter storm, and had trouble getting up the road because of the ice, even with chains, and were not able to make any calls. Other than that, however, the house is awesome, the location is incredible with a hiking trail right out your front door,……

“We loved our short time at Elias Cabin. The house is bright and lovely with thoughtful decorations. We got to see snow-capped mountains in the distance. The rooms were fun. The bed in the main room was really comfortable. The other rooms were fun, especially the upstairs loft area, which was perfect for a small slumber party. Yolando made the booking and check-in process easy. We had everything we needed at the house to enjoy ourselves, including hot cocoa!! We will definitely stay here again.”

“Super cute cabin. The view is really nice. There is a big window in the living room that captures open mountain views. Quiet and high up the top of Pine Mountain. The TV is in the basement room and not the living room so that was a bummer. We went out a lot in the town, but it is always nice to watch a movie together. “Two couples and lifelong friends stayed at this beautiful property in September 2023. Everything about the listing was accurately presented. The pictures do not do it justice. The ‘cabin’ is very roomy, full of light and exceptionally decorated. The gourmet kitchen is to die for. This property was especially suited to one of our party with mobility issues. The ‘asterisk’ comes because of a few maintenance issues that individually would never spoil a stay, but combined, makes for a few frown……

“Beautiful tree house cabin could use some cleaning though lots of spider webs indoor and outdoor carpet could use some steam cleaning had toe nail clippings found on floor by bed and was filthy. Dining table chairs not one was safe to sit on they were all unstable and 1 completely broken very unsafe. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The house was in great shape, and we were fortunate enough to get snow while we were there. There was a little mixup getting into the property having been given the wrong code in the snow, but other than that everything was perfect.”
