The rooms are spacious and well kept, the food great, specially the buffet at night. The hotel and grounds are super beautiful, the waterfall pool……

“The room was extremely old and dirty. The toilet didn’t work properly and it got clogged and the janitor was unable to unclog it. We had to change rooms and the hotel staffs were unhelpful, they told us to use another room down the hall as they had no other solutions for us. We asked for the manager but he didn’t give us a follow up report. It was extremely dirty and it was very isolated from everywhere”
