“Property was beautiful, but not advertised unfortunately.. beach access was a view and no access and tgstcwas very important to us as we had planned on snorkeling a lot on this vacation and at this resort. Unfortunately that willnever hsppen with littel no access and even if possible huge big bolders and rocks woukd stop you you big time from getting in . Arrived late afternoon to only kitchen in place already closed fir the day after 4 pm . No other options around this place , especially with……

“Here is the listing of disappointments: 1. Credit has not been issued for the four nights that I turned back to the hotel. I was expecting three nights to be credited to my AMEX card, but they have NOT sent any credit to date. I left the hotel approximately Feb 19th 2. The hotel is very under staffed. There was little to no service available on a consistent basis on the patio, bar or restaurant. 3. The hotel is lacking funding and lacks any updates. Furniture like dresser did not have……

“The staff at the pool were top notch. Never a dry moment. The restaurants were good. Only downside was no fridge in the room.”

“Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!”

“La habitación la limpian cada 2 o 3 dias. El personal si bien no es grosero tampoco se desviven por atenderte. En la app dice que aceptan mascotas pero en la habitación hay un letrero que dice que no se aceptan. El aire acondicionado es de baja potencia para el tamaño del cuarto. El agua caliente dura menos de 2 minutos y hay plaga de hormigas en el baño”

“This place exceeded our expectations. We loved the size of the apartment and the amenities it had. E.g. kitchen was well equipped, hair dryer in the bathroom. Everything was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was great for cooling off in. The location was great. In walking distance from a few beaches, a large supermarket, a variety of restaurants, and the old town.”
