“El aire acondicionado de mi habitación estaba con hongos, tengo rinitis alérgica y me puse mal el 1er día me desperté con una crisis donde no podía respirar por la nariz, aun que tome medicamento la presencia de esas partículas no me permitían estar bien, el resto de la semana no descanse, eso mermo disfrutar las amenidades en el hotel, si bien mandaron a limpiar, yo les mostré fotos donde aún se veía la contaminación, por eso mi estancia la califico como terrible, porque por el tipo de hotel……

“Just returned from 11 days at the resort and it could not have been much better. The staff were all fantastic! We had a great time durning the day with Francisco and Jose at the upper bar/restaurant and the evening staff with Ixtel and Eric were always there to make sure we were looked after!! Chester from the kitchen made sure we were always fed :) The housekeeping staff were amazing, our room was spotless every day and the bar fridge and water were refilled. The folded towel animals on the……
