「My family and I had a very enjoyable stay. The cabin was clean and comfortable with what looked like an upgraded climate control system. The pontoon provided access to the lake and a place to hang out on the water. The yard was quiet with several mature trees that provided a shade a nice relaxing sound with the breeze. My family was very pleased and we look forward to staying again. 」

「We stayed here for a girlfriends 3 night weekend get away. We really enjoyed Vern's cabin !!The cabin had everything we needed. It is very peaceful and serene there. We really enjoyed the patio for coffee in the morning, the fire pit at night, and watching the river. We saw & heard lots of birds, eagles & Blue Herons....Bunnies and a big turtle too. The cabin is not fancy but it is perfect for a get away. Redwing is right there and we had a lot of fun shopping, eating out, and checking out...

「Very comfortable all around- space, bedding, supplies, furniture. Slept & cooked for 6 adult family members very easily. Host was perfect, closeby and prompt for answering questions but allowed us complete privacy. We were up from FL visiting family/friends in TC, location easy for them to stop by or stay overnight.Will likely stay here again. Lots of great fishing too! 」

「The lake cabin was a wonderful retreat for our family reunion July 1-8, 2025. We are so happy we rented the pontoon! We enjoyed fishing throughout the week, but the perfect catch was a surprise to all of us when our nieces boyfriend got down on one knee and proposed marriage to her while 4th of July fireworks were going off overhead around the lake.
