"Outstanding customer service. Everyone was truly happy to be working there and extended their kindness to everyone they came in contact with. The live music, food, and patrons were the “Sprinkles on top”. Our room was tidy and clean, and never an issue getting additional supplies. I’ve gotta talk about the bed. The bed made all the difference! Where did you get that bed? I have to have one. We have both agreed that we will not be staying anywhere else when we return in May. Outstanding job Crown Plaza. Way to go. ☺️"

"great room, good staff. Dog friendly, lots of doordash options. Lots of ways in and out which I loved. Friendly front desk agent!!!! Restaurant felt limited but the bathroom was gigantic!!!! Right off the highway, but not on the main street which made it quiet. great great hotel. "
