“From first entering, the bellmen and reception were welcoming & cheerful. The ladies working reception dressed in lovely modernized “traditional” colorful Andalusian dresses. One bellman took us to our room & explained well how everything worked. The other brought in our luggage. The room was modern, sleek and the view of Sevilla was spectacular. “We took overnight bus to estacion de autobuses plaza de armas and arrived at 6:30am. With the 24h reception, we managed to drop off our luggages and check with the reception if there was any luck to have the early check in. Luckily, a balcony room was available at that time. We just needed to pay some more for upgrading the room then we can check in earlier for 8 hours than the original schedule. Of course a YES from us! “This is a beautiful old Spanish building with beautiful architecture. The bedrooms are very comfortable and our bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast had a great range of food. However, we were in the furthest annexe from reception and access was either via the alleys around the hotel or through a tunnel underneath it and neither were well sign posted. It would have life much easier if the signage was improved as one courtyard looked much the same as the next. However, I'd definitely go back to this……
