“Great location 1-2 minute walk to beach. Property faces the ocean with a full unobstructed view- even better if you can get up early for the sunrise. Bedroom & bathroom are not large- but all the important things are covered: comfortable bed, adequate storage, great shower (water pressure). Kitchen is well stocked- coffee maker and microwave work well. The place is immaculate, the owner is communicative, and the “owner’s manual” is the most comprehensive I have ever seen explaining how to……

It was a bit smaller than our usual condos at Seaside (Coligny) but it made up for it in amentities and cleanliness. “The unit was clean and decorated nicely, but the mattress on the bed left a lot to be desired and was very small for being listed as a queen. The couch was also very uncomfortable. Additionally, the miniature coffee pot isn’t practical, even for two people, and the pots/pans were giving dollar store quality. The saving factors were the view and proximity to the beach/pool. Having stayed in several other units/properties, I expect more for the cost.”

“This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. There are many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping outlets. The host is very responsive and so very helpful providing information not only about the house but things to do and places to see. The……

“As others have said this is a small place, but it gets the job done. The pickleball courts are right across the way and we used them a lot. Unfortunately, the large pool was broken for a couple of days, but once working it was great. The walk to the beach was easy, as well. I would recommend this place.”
