“The carpet and furniture were old and stained. At this price point you would expect a nice place that wasn’t in such rough shape. Was charged extra for early check in even though it was empty the night before. Check in instructions were not specific enough as to the key cabinets being mounted to the wall of the pool house. We had no communication at all with anyone except when I called the emergency number because the key didn’t work but even then, I think that was a call service. “The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival.
