“Guildford is a quiet small town. My stay is to visit relatives and was about a week in the same hotel. It is situated near edge of the city centre with an easy walk to reach. On the first day of my arrival, it was about midnight. The greeting staff who was in full of hospitality arranged the staying process. We expressed that due to the late arrival and no dinner at all, the staff immediately oet a pizza for us although the chef has already gone off. Throughout the week, we experienced a……

“Enjoyed our stay. Staff very good. Room comfortable. Nice breakfast. Had a knock at 3.30 am to our alarm had gone off. Assume faulty as no kettle, spray etc being used. ”

“After I booked and paid for a stay here, I looked at the very negative reviews. I must say my room was fine with a good en-suite. It is a good mile south of Crawley and the train station. When I arrived, the car park looked totally uncared for which gives a poor impression. However, other than the distance to Crawley I would have been willing to rebook.”

The general vibe was a bit corporate, with an obvious emphasis on conferences and functions, but pleasant enough overall. Excellent value for money at the rate I got for a Sunday night. All the staff were super helpful and pleasant. Double room was a decent size, with room for a sofa, chair and desk, and totally quiet at night. Clean modern bathroom with a good range of toiletries. Bar and restaurant menu……
