"Location is good. I arrived at 9:30 am to drop off my luggage, but there was nobody onsite to let me in. I called several times, but no-one answered the phone. The TV was not working most of the time. No elevator up to third floor, but luckily a kind man there offered to help. WiFi worked."

"The room was modern and looked great but did have a smell in the bathroom and drawers were crooked and looked to be broken in the entry. The hallways on the 19th floor looked dated however the staff were awesome. I left for the day and came back and my room was neat and tidy. The front staff offered me their limo service when I had trouble with my phone/uber. They helped me not be late for my flight. I would recommend this hotel !!"
