"Elevators not working "

"It’s very new and clean，I also love the design of the room, staffs are also very nice and polite. But there’s only 2 bottle of water for every stay, no more drinkable water offer anymore, they have water selling at the bar, it’s 5 bucks each. Also there’s no slippers offered, I feel like the hotel should prepare more necessities for customers as a 4 star hotel, but over all, I like the hotel"

"The pictures and description were widely misleading. It claimed to be "luxury", but it was far from it. It looked like a university shared housing unit. Sparsely and cheaply furnished, paint chipping off the walls, the bathroom has never seen a renovation. It was clean but showed little effort. Mostly, it was the dishonesty of the posting that caused such disappointment. And the cost did not reflect the experience. I would not recommend. "

"We loved the hotel. The only negative is that we had a shared door with an adjoining room and we could hear everything! They were up early and ordered room service and it was like we were in their room with them. It started at 730 am and it was a Saturday morning!!!!"
