“This was our second time to stay at Teller House. We came to Silverton in December and fell in love and came back to get married. We stayed at Teller House for 4 days . It’s absolutely perfect for us. Know there are no TVs in the rooms (perfect!) there is no AC ( no bother to us ) and the rooms are all in the upstairs of this “house”. Please be mindful when checking into your room , especially if you are checking in late. People can hear you if are loud. Rooms are kept very clean while you stay……

“Loved staying at your place!! It was a really fun experience!! The beds were comfortable, water pressure amazing for such an old place! Dan was always available by phone to answer any questions. You have accesss to the kitchen if you don’t want to eat out…You don’t want to miss the character and history of this hotel!”

“Overall, this is a decent hotel with a good location. The room was spacious and featured a gas fireplace, which added a nice touch. We also had access to a small private backyard/patio area, which made the stay feel more unique and enjoyable.
The hotel is conveniently located, and the property itself is attractive and interesting. However, the parking fee was almost $40 per night, which felt excessive.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was very limited, and there were……

“Room 210 has a light outside the bedroom window that shines all night which is annoying! Our room was warm and we had the window open for air and cooling. The small fan for not adequately cool the room. The fire pit was below our room and the gang was there talking until 10pm. We were exhausted from driving all day and wanted to rest. We did not sleep well.
It’s a great location but needs a little makeover. Very outdated.”
