"Was not able to make it to the location due to ice on roads leading up to the nest. Unfortunately nothing was mentioned when booking the location that you needed snow chains to access the location. Our truck slid backwards on black ice in 4x4 and ended not being able to make it. We called the nest and they said they would be more than willing to refund but to contact Expedia to get it. "The hotel was in excellent location, ski/out and essentially few steps from Main Street. There is a nice ski shop in the hotel itself for all those needs. Staff were nice and friendly and allowed us to check out late for extra day of skiing. Nice large heated pool and multiple hot tubs. The room was spacious with a full kitchen and all necessary cookware etc. Not a luxurious stay but very practical."

"The location was fabulous - right in town and 2 minutes walk to the slopes. Unit was spacious, well-equipped, and furniture was in good shape, if not a little dated. We had a problem with one of the toilets, but the Hyatt management took care of it right away. Having the ski valet right downstairs and shops and restaurants right outside our door was super convenient. Would definitely stay there again."
