“There are very few places that can truly be rated 5 star. For us, five star means, beautiful grounds, peaceful, clean, and safe location, and helpful staff. During our stay, Kuychi Rumi earned this highest rated due to the fantastic rooms, room service, and their prompt manager Johan. He went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure we felt at home. After all, how often do you get your refrigerator stocked the previous night just because you have to leave at 5 am the next morning? Most……

“It was a beautiful place, lovely to relax in, service was excellent, love the gardeners, love the llamas (or alpacas - unclear), lovely jacuzzi. Could fit twelve people or six alpacas in the jacuzzi and still have room to do laps. Unfort we were incredibly incapable of temperature regulation (possibly our fault). The dome became a whole greenhouse during the day and outside was somehow too cold unless you were in the jacuzzi. Also the drinking water situation was a challenge - BYOW. ”
