This hotel is exceptionally beautiful. I have never stayed in a place so intentional with its design, from the art pieces to the garden to the rounded corners. I stayed in the room with the hot tub and felt like I was in a space ship. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay that you will never forget.
Such an adorable spot. We loved how unique it was. Staff set up a trip to pisca for the day. We had massages in the evening and dinner at the restaurant. So happy we stayed here
Very unique property in Urubamba! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with many options! The hotel was able to arrange transportation for us and the process was easy and smooth! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique stay in Sacred Valley!
We had our longest stay in Peru and didn't regret it. Hotel is beautiful, special and with tasty food. We could park a rented car on a property.
All the stuff were super friendly. We learned some spanish with Rosa, si that we could use it outside of hotel.
We left for Machu Picchu from here and could leave our bags stored in the hotel.
Outstanding property with incredible staff, facilities and surroundings !! Food cooked to order (pay extra) and delicious breakfast with plenty specials included.
Very whimsical and rounded edges throughout. The acoustics carry throughout the room. Beautiful landscape that flows into the hotel. Food is prepared fresh as you order. Staff was excellent and great communication.
This place is unreal. The design itself is such an experience. Every corner is beautifully designed and unique. This is very different from your usual hotel experience. The service is also great. Bruno you are amazing, you will be missed. It's kind of outside the main area which is great because its quiet and little light pollution so you can see the stars at night. They will set up transport for whatever you want to do or wherever you want to go. 10/10 would recommend
Wifala Harmony is an absolutely amazing retreat kind of place! If you are looking for HARMONY this is a place for you!! Very unique building and room design! They have a beautiful garden with a Mountain View where you can have your meals if you choose so. There is a very impressive restaurant right in the hotel - meals are very tasty, very healthy and have a visual presentation of an upscale restaurant! We loved their chef a lot! They offer massage services which we enjoyed as well. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel if you want some quiet time an a change from Cusco’s July loudness and it’s altitude
I liked the property, it is unique due to the design. The breakfast that was included was so delicious. The waitress was welcoming, attentive, and fast. We only received free water on the first day, and last day. I don’t know of room service forgot to replenish the water. We had to go to the corner store to buy some water. I didn’t like that Bruno at the front desk kept asking for tips. I usually leave a tip after each meal, each day for room service. We ran out of money towards the end of our stay, so I didn’t give Bruno a larger tip. I know and understand that these people work very hard and that’s the reason why I like to tip. I bring extra cash just for tips. The staff probably don’t make allot of money. But I don’t like it when people ask for tips.
Totally unique amazing architectural piece of art. The organic structure is so cool. Stayed in a delux suite with jacuzzi. Room was fabulous (if more than a little quirky!) you have to forgive some of the shortcomings due to the design (not the best fitting windows, access down track a little hard for taxis, asking them to turn on hot water for jacuzzi). No room terrace/balcony but plenty of communal sitting areas, balcony and beautiful gardens sitting watching hummingbirds. 25 minutes to Ollytaytambo for Machu Picchu and 90 minutes from Cusco (try the route back with a taxi tour half day to Maras, Moray and Chincherro for 250 Sol = £50)
The staff are really friendly and trying very hard, but there are some aspects the management need to pay attention to in order to fully present this incredible hotel. We pre-ordered dinner for 8pm and got a phone call at 7:50 saying it was on the table going cold and could we come right now, but then they didn’t serve drinks or deserts. Vegetarian options limited and I paid the same for a full beef and risotto dish without the beef. Breakfast however was amazing with lovely food, beautiful presentation and great unique choices. Almost there but not quite but still worth it!
Cute, quirky hotel. My girlfriend and I decided to spend the night here before going to Aguas Calientes the next morning for our Machu Picchu trip because the hotel had a different look and we thought it’d be a nice experience. While the hotel definitely looked nice and the staff was great, our room wasn’t so great. We got the suite because of the hot tub and even though it was the most highest priced room in the hotel, it still wasn’t too expensive. However, we had issues with the room the whole time. First, the toilet had a problem flushing. And the shower head would spray water everywhere when you’d move it to hit you while sitting on the seat inside the shower. The floor got very wet before we decided to move the shower head back to its normal position. And lastly, there was an issue with the hot tub. The woman at the front desk came to our room and messed around with it a bit before turning off something that made a lot of noise. I believe the adjacent room complained about the noise the hot tub made. So when we used the hot tub we couldn’t even turn on the jets. For that I would’ve gotten the standard room instead of the suite. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and I give her a 10/10 rating. Big thanks to her! The food (dinner and breakfast) was very good!
If you’re looking for a unique experience with kids, this place is highly recommended! The architecture and decor are one-of-a-kind. The rooms are spacious, though the bathroom was a bit small. The town of Urubamba is just a 10-minute taxi ride away, costing only $5-$10—very affordable. Overall, it’s a great and unique stop on your way to Machu Picchu!
It was awesome ! Great outdoors with plenty of comfortable places to seat and relax ! And there will be a pool available soon , Sandra and Rosa were very kind and helpful , I also had a chance to meet the owner and they seem wonderful people !
My girlfriend and I were breath-taken at this beautiful place, the architecture and hospitality was amazing. The front desk and staff are the sweetest and always there to help you in any need. What shocked me the most was the chef! We’ve tried every single dinner dish and all i can say is WOW! We loved every night staying here. Very peaceful and relaxing, this is a highly RECOMMENDED location. Thank you!
