“Our group rented two units which gave us (11 guests) 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The upper unit was large enough for us all to hang out and eat together. Both units were incredibly clean and you can't beat the location! If you are reading this review, please note that this place is strict on the parking (one vehicle per visit) so plan ahead. Management identified parking for us. After we unload our group's 3rd car, we parked at Sandoval garage one night ($24 for $24 hours) and then at Sprouts……

“My short stay in this property was too short! It was so cute and cozy and perfect for a girl getaway. We could pretty much walk anywhere if we were willing!”

“Check in was easy with directions for the code 24 hours prior. Well equipped kitchen, nice extras of firewood, starters and ice melt. No steps to get into home in one direction. Comfortable beds, pretty decor, easy to operate TV. We built a fire in the fireplace and needed more starter wood, the main office supplied those within minutes and even after hours when I left a message to check if the flu was open on the fireplace got an immediate response. They supplied coffee. Walk to the plaza is……

“It was a perfect house for our 5 families, including 7 adults and 3 grandchildren. Each family had its own sleeping area with own bathroom. We loved the pool. Mgmt was wonderful and helpful at every turn. Huge place, but so nice, and perfect for our 50th anniversary family gathering.”

“Well kept unit, perfect for two couples and our dog. Two king size beds with private bathrooms. A short block walk and you’re in beautiful downtown Santa Fe. Our first visit to New Mexico, we were extremely impressed.”

“We traveled to Santa Fe in January and there was a lot of snow, we arrived to shoveled stairs and and easy, safe entry. The apartment was warm and has a great view. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. We slept well. The shower in the hall has the hot and cold on it reversed. The tub is great for a warm soak after a chilly day out. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook a simple meal. We having a stock of fire wood available. There's a lot of great restaurants and shops a short……

“We loved our stay at this beautiful property over Christmas break! It's a comfortable home with fantastic views. We loved building fires each evening, roasting s'mores and watching the sun set. We also had deer right outside the window! Easy access to Downtown Santa Fe, Ski Santa Fe and anything else your family may want to enjoy. The complex has nice walking trails and a great restaurant and cafe. Five stars!”

“Great location and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the fridge & ice maker. T.V. & fireplace were great & loved the big table for our games. Liked looking at the books. I couldn’t find the hair dryer and disappointed not to have coffee our first morning and had to go to the store to buy. Please have the key available for the back door lock just in case anyone would need to exit for emergency.”
