And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...”

“Making a reservation and transport arrangements were easy enough, but the actual stay left a lot to be desired. First off - the AC unit in the room seemed too underpowered for the room dimensions. We never even had to use our blankets when sleeping - it was that hot. Next, there were no amenities in the room itself. Sure, bottled water was provided, but only two bottles. I booked and paid for three people staying in the room. In addition, there was no refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee,……
