「I have to say, upon our boat leaving the island, me and my boyfriend started to miss this place. All the staff are super thoughtful and warm to us during our stay. They always say hi or good morning, good afternoon as long as we have eye contact. They gently serve us without bothering us (quietly put beach towel next to us and not to interrupted our swimming, friendly asked us to have lunch or dinner or not.) New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. 」

「The staff was very accomodating with our requests and informative with activities we can do around the resort. The place was very quiet and was able to provide me with a much needed break from a busy life. The views were amazing. All in all, it was an amazing experience made easier by their staff. As this is an "off-grid" stay out in the outbacks of Palawan, a bit of dust and dirt everywhere is expected. But the staff made efforts to provide us with anything we needed to stay comfortable. 」
