「The resort is generally nice, however, when we checked in after a long day of tour, the sofa bed was not made when we specified when we booked we have 4 guests. When we asked for the bed to be made, the housekeeping staff that came in was rude and unhelpful. We asked for details of the sunrise tour, the first thing she told us was the cacelation policy instead of what we expected to enjoy!!
