「Very spacious and clean. Living room with full kitchen, multiple balconies, fantastic view as in courtyard. Convenient location, near restaurants, cathedrals and everything. The little craft beer bar just besides it got great beers. 」

「This hotel has a ton of character and is one of the coolest I've ever stayed at with a UNESCO designation. Staff was friendly, the water facing view from the room with the square below was really cool, and it's in a central location. Beds were a bit on the firmer side and pillows were really wide. Wish we could have stayed longer.」

「Good location but property is fairly run down in poor condition. Biggest problem is the staff who can not communicate at all in anything other then Spanish which is a big negative if it is trying to grow tourist business. Elevator is over used and very busy with non residents using it to go to rooftop bar that it becomes a big inconvenience for residents trying to go tonthir rooms having to wait for throne for a long time especially at night or late evenings. If one would have an alternate...

She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too. also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too. 」

「I stayed in one of the private rooms with a private bathroom for 2 weeks. The room and bathroom were clean upon my arrival. The bed was not the most comfortable however the staff and amenities made up for it. The community kitchen has 2 refrigerators for storing your food. There are an abundance of utensils, dishes, pots and pans to use. If you don't feel like cooking you can always order delivery through Uber Eats. I used it twice while I was there and had no problems. Check in was very smooth....
