"The place was perfect for our family vacation! The view from our room was beyond phenomenal! We loved having the space for our family of 4. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful!"
"The room was clean and comfortable. Our housekeeping lady was very friendly and always kept the room clean. The pool was nice and warm. The bar was a nice to have but the bar tender was always grumpy. The hotel was very nice and the beach was amazing."
"Blue Haven Resort is the place to stay if you’re looking for a small all-inclusive resort. The property is beautiful. The pool view is absolutely stunning! The constant breeze is amazing! The pool bar staff did an amazing job making top notch drinks! The beach is not crowed at all. The ocean water is warm with Slingshot floatations. The food is okay, not the best that’s included. The breakfast selection was the best! They do have a restaurant called Anchorage that had amazing filet mignon. This restaurant was not included in the all-inclusive package, but highly recommend it. They do have limited entertainment at the pool area that was okay. They need to play music from the time the pool opens till close. They should at least play music the entire time by the entertainment crew. Also, when at the pool or beach, servers need to come around more often and consistently to take care of guests. I would definitely recommend this resort if you’re looking for small and quiet. There sister resort “The Alexandria” is much larger with other restaurants you can go to that are included. I will definitely stay at the Blue Haven if I return back to Turks and Caicos."
"The staff was great and nice.
The cleaning crew did our room everyday.
The location was fantastic, and they provided seats on the beach.
There is a shopping center apart of the hotel with everything from ice cream, specialty coffees, groceries, restaurants, and gift shops.
I gave amenities 3/5 because our room had horrible shower water pressure and the breakfast is subpar. The milk they provide during breakfast is not stored correctly and lukewarm.
But I have to say, the overall stay was positive experience and worth the price compared to the higher end hotels that charge much more."
"We had a wonderful trip with our 14 and 18 year old kids. The bungalow was perfect for us because each kid had their own room. The staff was really accommodating, friendly, and kind."

10/10 Excellent
"Wow! What a gorgeous property and beach! Our group of 7 hated to leave this spacious home on the most secluded and beautifully natural sandy beach we've ever stayed on. The house sits a very short walk from the water, which was clear and calm enough for us to use floats. Pumpkin Bluff is a special slice of heaven that I fear will eventually be overtaken by development. We only saw 2 other people on the beach the entire time. Being in the water gave us the most peaceful and relaxed feeling. The water is clear for snorkeling, but we mainly just saw a stingray and some small fish. A short drive to Three Mary Cays offers more variety of fish. The pool was well-kept and refreshing, and a variety of floats were available for guests. There was also a stock of sunscreen and bug spray at the house (You will definitely need the bug spray for the no see ums. Please don't underestimate the tenacity of these bugs). The house is gorgeous and had the best AC of any Carribean rental I've stayed at over the years. The kitchen is robustly stocked with appliances, dishes, pots, and utensils. The 2 teenaged girls with us stayed in the apartment, which was super nice. We made s'mores at night on the firepit and enjoyed nighttime swims in the lighted pool. Regina, the concierge, showed us to the house from the airport, made reservations for us, and answered all of our questions promptly and kindly. Dave, our host, was responsive and kind. We are so grateful to have stayed here!"
