「I was not able to use mu issued code at all , the door code we got from the office phone helped us to get in , until about nine thirty to nine forty-five this Morning, when we wanted to take one final look it would not let us to enter to verify , that we had gotten everything out of the room」

「There were 7 of us, and it still felt like there was so much room! Communication was amazing also! It was also literally right across the parking lot from Silver Dollar City. I would definitely recommend!」

「Condo was dirty and needs maintenance. The kitchen fluorescent light had so many bugs on the plastic I had to remove the plastic and clean it. Missing trim in kitchen, door hardware missing causing doors to not stay shut, extremely dusty, fireplace didn’t work, not working light bulbs, stains on tubs, missing pieces on dish washer, dishes and silverware were dirty. Some paper work said enjoy the treats we left, but didn’t leave any treats lol 」

「The office clerk was very helpful at check-in, couldn’t have been any nicer! The motel is a bit dated, but well worth the price point. Great place for families on a budget.」

「The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...
