"We loved our stay. The only complaint was that the pool was pretty chilly, especially for our two children (5 and 2). The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was great!"

"We love staying at Stillwater! However this time there was a hiccup with our room which they did their best to fix. A few other issues are the pool was supposed to be heated but it was freezing. Felt like on our last day it was starting to warm up so hopefully that gets better! Next thing would be the thin walls. Even just a guest rolling their suitcase into their room sounds like an earthquake (I’m not joking) they need to sound proof better as that’s a complaint I see over and over in other reviews. Last but definitely the worst was….. the keys. They are terrible. They stop working if you breathe on them wrong😑 Had to go up to the office 10 different times to re- program. The new indoor pool looks awesome but we were told it was going to be only for members who buy into the property so we might not be back next year. Having an indoor pool off limits for 1/2 your guest is just insane to me and if you have little kids they are going to be so disappointed. Other than that this place has allot to offer. Hopefully they don’t follow through with gate keeping the new pool we shall see."

"There technically wasn't much actually wrong, but rooms that photograph like a cabin and have the word cabin repeatedly in the marketing make it seem like that's what you get. Instead it's a cabin themed large apartment in 506. So that was disappointing. Needs a face lift but nothings broken. Strained carpet, beat up doors and trim, terrible kitchen pans and utensils, toilets that need extra attention to stop running. Really nothing $2K can't stretch another few years out of, except for underbuilt bouncy floors. So I got a decent room, had a good time, but I've had better in the area for the same amount of money."

"The good the bad and the ugly?The good: Location! This property is a short drive to everything in Branson and very close to Silver Dollar City.The bad: I kept getting emails straight from the property website (they were automated) that insisted if I didn’t sign this rental agreement my reservation would be canceled. I actually would have, except that the deposit amount and date of withdrawal was left blank. The messages I received from the host stated he would "let the host" know. The ugly?: There are cattle skull decorations everywhere, unlike the pictures in the description. You may be into that kind of thing, but I definitely am not a fan. Overall, I think I definitely got what I paid for. The location is great, close to everything but still peaceful at a low price. Would I stay here again? I would if the price stays low."
