“Room would have been great, however the floors were not clean at all! Had to keep shoes or socks on at all times. Rest of room was clean, you need to mop your floors!”

“Everything was great for the most part. The only thing I will say, and this is just constructive criticism. The shower wasn’t completely cleaned like the track was dirty, and then the shower itself had hair in it and then probably some stuff that could’ve easily been gotten off with a dry erase marker. People at the front desk were polite but it seemed like when you stepped away, the smiles fell and they were giving each other looks about the guests checking in…I just don’t think that is……

“We would stay there again It was quite, clean and had everything that was advertised Ac was cold Breakfast was good they had Eggs,sausage, Breakfast potatoes, pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy and much more.”

“This is a beautiful hotel but the staff is what made this place so great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful! The staff at the front desk did everything they could to help us get the most out of our trip to the area! They even helped us to get reservations to a place we were trying to get into. Absolutely amazing staff! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area! My husband and I will definitely stay there again!”

“It's a very dated musty hotel. We ended up not staying both nights we paid for because beds were absolutely horrible. We left and went to a different hotel. The tub was so deep couldn't use it, too difficult to get in and out of.”

“Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard with hot options. The dining area is upstairs with no elevator. Could be an issue for some. Next door to a putt putt golf course so grounds didn't feel crowded like some you see in Branson. Ice cream, cookies and cobbler were a nice treat at night. Close to shows and food without being on the busy main drag. Would stay here again.”

“The room was beautiful and super clean. The king size bed was super comfortable and an actual comforter. The property was beautiful and we had a blast playing in the game room and the other games by the pond. We will definitely stay here again”
