“We loved everything about our stay! There’s a coffee shop on site and a lot of restaurants right across the street in The Garage. You can walk to multiple stores to shops. The rooms are super spacious, beautiful with high end touches and they have thought of everything to make your stay the very best. We look forward to staying there each time we come back to Indianapolis. ”

“I stayed at Hyatt House and I love that it’s like staying at a small apartment, with all the amenities you would need. It is perfect for business travelers and the best part is all if the dining options that they have within walking distance. The staff was especially accommodating and welcoming. I will stay here again. ”

“Disgusting and dirty. Filters were caked with crud, hard to breathe with allergies. Shower lesked all over bathroom floor upon using due to bad seals on door. Steakhouse wasnt open, so had to eat at the lakeside cafe, which was overpriced and not very good. Beds are awful and uncomfortable, no fitted sheets so have fun tossing around on a sheet. The entire facility looked like the last time it was dusted or cleaned was 1980. Look up at the vents. Yuck. The lounge doesnt have enough……

“The property was clean, and newer-looking. The location was great. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Easy access. A lot of amenities around. Breakfast was surprisingly lacking. I would use this hotel again anytime I travel to Louisville. ”
