「I got there and a sign was on the door that no water was available and the state of Indiana was giving them a number of days to repair. When I began check in, I asked if the sign was correct, and was told yes, there was no hot water, did I want to stay. I said no and was told to ask V for a refund, he would confirm there was no hot water. I went to V site and there is no record of my stay, but there is a charge on my card.」
