Pros: Clean, roomy, nice beds, nice towels and bedding, good location especially if you need to be close to Plainfield, quiet neighborhood, A/C worked great, laundry pods provided, Brita filter pitcher in fridge was nice to have, excellent communication from property management.Cons: Needs more seating in living and dining, more dishes needed (especially since it sleeps 9), kitchen could be a little better stocked for those planning on cooking.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

The only time I've ever left a VRBO. The home was filthy, dark and in disrepair! The host used a 3rd party billing system, asked for additional verification of my identity and an additional 50 (in addition to my 150 security deposit). The yard was unmowed and full of weeds. Lightbulbs were burned out in almost every fixture, the hall bath sink was unusable. Spiders in both bathtubs. Box cutter blades on the window ledges, mini blinds were taped up. The furniture was so dirty, we didn't want to sit on it. There was food on the floor. The HVAC intake vent was disgusting. The house had a terrible smell when we opened the door.
