The house was the perfect size for what we needed. It was close to town, and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was not cleaned well. Our toddlers' feet were black from simply walking around inside the house. There were noticeable cobwebs on the walls, and the showers were dusty.However, that is my only complaint. Our time spent there was enjoyable.

Its was a great place to stay. Checking in was through a different website but it was pretty easy to do. There was lots of communication which was very nice and helpful. The kitchen has almost everything you need. Hot water and water pressure were very good. Great place to stay.

Upon arrival there was no toilet paper. The temperature was set on 78 degrees. The house did’nt match the pictures. Grass needed cut. The sheets were dirty I had to change them the shower knob was broken. I wouldn’t recommend the house to nobody. I would never stay there again. I would give them 2 stars.

Be warned - this is a management company not based in Indy, with "local" managers that are not near the property. We had repeated issues with the door lock and had to wait over three hours (one upon arriving and two later that night after the lock was supposedly fixed). The communication while waiting was lacking; they just shrugged and never offered any compensation for our lost time. Otherwise, it was a good location. The home was clean. The photos posted are not quite accurate but close enough. There is no table in the kitchen, so if you expect to prepare meals, bring your own table for more space.
