"Lovely huge rooms. Outdoor bathroom was really great and authentic. Had lovely hot shower water every day no matter what time we took showers. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were so kind. We got our laundry done overnight which was super helpful given we were travelling for a month in Lombok. "Rooms are infested with rats. Hotel staff are unhelpful and sometimes downright rude. The hotel is very isolated and you are trapped eating their bland, expensive food. You can tell that it was once a nice place to stay but the new owner, an American, has left the property to rot. Don’t be fooled by the photos and reviews on this site, it is no longer a 4 star hotel. Save your money and go to a more exciting part of the island. "
