"Horrible visit! The rooms were so dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened it. The sheets were dirty and had so many stains, so we had them changed but there was still many stains on the new ones. The WIFI didn't work in the rooms at all for the whole visit because of "service" that we were not informed about before. My worst hotel experience ever and I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy!"

My vacation at Katamaran Resort was unforgettable from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel right at home. The resort’s beachfront location is simply breathtaking — crystal-clear water, golden sunsets, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation.
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with a stunning ocean view. I especially loved the infinity pool overlooking the sea — it’s one of the most beautiful spots I’ve ever swum in! The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, from local Indonesian dishes to fresh tropical fruits and international options.
Every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Whether it was arranging transport, recommending local activities, or just checking in with a friendly smile, their service was truly exceptional.
If you’re looking for a luxurious yet relaxing getaway in Lombok, Katamaran Resort is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be coming back — it’s paradise found! 🌴✨

"My stay at Sudamala was unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect night's sleep. The hotel's central location made exploring the Senaggigi a breeze, and the delicious food at the restaurant was a fantastic bonus. There is local restaurant across the street along with laundry and a mini mart for snacks. I loved the area and was super glad I chose Senggigi over Kuta "
