“Great staff and easy to reserve”

“Friendly efficient staff and superior rooms. The water pressure was fantastic!! Our 9yo loved that it was adjustable so she had a kid sized shower. I wish there was more to choose from for breakfast. I’m gluten intolerant and there wasn’t much to eat. The coffee was excellent and my daughter enjoyed her parfait. Overall would def recommend”

“Hotel was located close to highway and easy to find. Staff was great! Hotel was clean and my room was a great size. Loved that breakfast was provided in my stay!”

“Was in town for my son's graduation with my 80 year old father with mobility issues. I reserved and ADA room and there ended up being some maintenance that needed to be done before we arrived. Wendy at Jackson Park Inn reached out to me proactively before we arrived and worked and corresponded with me several times to make sure they had a solution that worked for his mobility issues. I was very grateful for her. The staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!”

“The staff were awesome. Our reservation was messed up somehow but they found us a room and were so super nice. They are renovating some areas but again the staff were the best and the room was very comfortable. We will go back for sure.”
