“The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The only issue was the air conditioning which left the room and everything in it feeling damp and uncomfortable while trying to sleep.”

“We stayed here while visiting Radford University for orientation, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is beautiful, new, spotless, and offers excellent service. Everything felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Being able to spend this special time with my son as he begins his college journey made the stay even more meaningful. “I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling to Myrtle Beach. Within a few days, I developed multiple clusters of bites on my arms and ear. The reaction became severe enough that I had to visit a doctor, who felt the bites were consistent with bed bug bites. What should have been a relaxing family vacation has instead involved medication, discomfort, and constant worry about whether I may have brought something home with me. I hope management takes this seriously and thoroughly inspects……

“The room and property were dirty. There was an unclean odor and vibe overall. We stayed here due to limited options with graduation weekend at Virginia Tech happening the same time we had a wedding to attend. Our bedspread had a red stain on it. The carpet had several white stains strewn in different areas. The chair in the corner was stained and filthy. We didn’t use it at all. The overall condition of the property was dingy. I guess our neighbors were smoking weed all night because it was……
