「Nice」

「Very good location, only 3 minutes to the station」

「The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. I like the sofa very much. It is conveniently located near the tram station and walkable distance to Belvedere Palace. Staff is nice. Breakfast is good also.」

「Good value to stay 」

「Staff were incredible. Stefania in particular was v helpful and just really positive and made us feel very welcome. Hotel is in a great location with great restaurants and cafes nearby and close to the museums. Great bakery nearby. Rooms were modern and bathroom shower pressure was great. We got upgraded and were able to check in quite early given the early flight in. Even used the refresh room for a quick shower before flight home.」

「The room is clean, spacious and well-designed. We chose a room with a bathtub. The hotel is located right beside a gate of the Schonbrunn Palace. The neighborhood is a vibrant area full of shopping stores and restaurant. Overall, excellent! I would love to stay here again. 」

「A truly wonderful stay! The hotel is stunning and exceptionally clean, featuring spacious rooms with a very comfortable mattress. A huge thank you for the completely unexpected birthday cake surprise—it was a truly lovely touch! The only minor area for improvement is the pillows, which lacked sufficient support. Overall, a fantastic experience.」
