「The stay at Waynesbrook was a wonderful trip. Originally my reservation was to stay in King Suite, however, I received a phone call before check in, informing me the jacuzzi tub was out of service, and offered my reservation to change over to the Queen Suite, this was fine. I appreciated the communication. During the stay the elevator was out of service, causing any time leaving room had to use the stairs. 「Mostly excellent with some suggestions. The Parking was a little rough for my 87 year old mom but it is understable given the location. Staff so very accommodating and friendly. Room very clean and comfie, although had to lay backwards in bed to watch the tv. Loved the color of the room, beds and linens clean and comfy. Had a few issues with the mini-split but probably bc I've not a lot of experience with them. bathroom very clean and nice but could use a stand or something to put...
