We were there for a dance competition. Room could’ve been cleaner (there was leftover popcorn on the floor from the person before me and there were some ants crawling around the bathroom and desk area) and the men’s restrooms in the common areas don’t have baby changing tables so that’s annoying. It’s 2026 - dads change diapers too.

The only issue was the breakfast "buffet" it cost 3 of us $50.00+ , note 1 adult and 2 children (9&10) thought was crazy high as these 2 girls barely eat a large breakfast. Also the evening for dinner was great for us but the convience store no one was there and we waited 10 minutes until our nice waitress stated she could include our drinks on our dinner meal. I enjoy this hotel as I usually stay there but was disappointed with a few things

No microwaves in room. No early check in with out a fee. Bathrooms were disgusting. The patios around the pool need painted /uodated. The fire pits should be available during fall & spring. The outside pool is green during the off season. The playground outside & inside for the kids was nice. The gym was nice. The indoor pool is nice but not for families. All the kids were segregated on the shallow end & there was no room for any adults to get in & have their own space unless you wanted to swim in the deep end. They asked people to leave their lobby if they came in with outside food yet had no “real” food on the inside. Maybe some hot dogs but nothing I’d eat. It was just rude to ask people to leave when we were all there for a cheer competion and they increased the fee per night to $250 from like $100 so some people spent over $500 to stay there with no microwave in the room & then they wanted like $25 a person for breakfast. You have to be kidding me. There’s a hotel right next door, if you’re going to the park I’d suggest looking into that one. The rooms were clean & the beds were comfy & I think the summer time view of the pool & access to a hot tub & microwave & a good breakfast to start my day would have made my stay alot better for the price increase.

The place is a maze of dark hallways and poor signage. No guidance on parking so we drove around to the side of the building that we thought would be close to the room then it was like you can’t get there from here scenario. Hotel had a smell that was unpleasant and the bathroom had snot wiped on the wall in a couple of places. It felt like it was a place all run by family members who are removed from these issues.

Rooms were clean but service was terrible. Specifically Hemal. The “no outside food in public areas” rule when their restaurant was not open is unacceptable! We were told to go to our rooms to eat. The bartender was clearly under the influence and not very responsive, the breakfast buffet was terrible considering they charged $21 per person and it was a continental breakfast at best. Will not return! I will say, the wonderful girl working the Starbucks counter was nice and friendly.

Avoid this hotel at all cost! Not only were there people throwing up in the garbage can in the ice corridor, and rap music playing loudly for all to hear down the hall and all night, but we received NO room service/housekeeping the entire trip!! I had to beg for towels and wash clothes at the front desk after calls ignored. Was handed a big garbage bag to put our 3 days worth of garbage in after complaining on day 3 that we didn’t have housekeeping the whole time and have nowhere else to go with all our garbage. Dessert at their personally owned Starbucks literally made my kids gag after their first bite. Got 2 caramel drizzled chocolate chip brownies for 3 kids, so they all shared the 2. After they spit it out and was running around crying that it tasted like dog food, I tried it, and I too gagged and spit it out. It not only tasted like it had garlic in it, but the texture was so gross. I brought it back down to ask for a refund. The first person tried telling me I couldn’t return it because both were eaten off of. After I started to make a fuss about it the manager came to me and asked again if both were touched. He wanted to put it back out for sale!!! I told him both were eaten from and wouldn’t resell that anyways, and he sucked his teeth and aggressively threw them in the trash. Offered me a $14 Starbucks voucher that I unwilling accepted. Big mistake. Because when I went to redeem that voucher for a coffee the next day, they told me it was closed until AFTER I left!!
