「酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。」

「You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. Many rooms have balconies of these stunning views. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Both their restaurant and bar are excellent, and the rooms are clean and updated. 「Everything’s great.」

「在瑞士少有包含空調的酒店。雖然空調不算很強，但已感到舒適寫意，房間裏也有一把風扇備用。房內放行李的位置燈光較為昏暗。酒店距離火車站步行15分鐘，或可以在火車站外乘坐巴士，一個站就下車了。前台接待員非常友善，早餐水準很高、有熱食。浴室的花灑水壓很強。非常值得推薦的酒店！」

「Didn't know a nursing home is included till we saw many elders but it's fine. 30 sec from the bus station and the hotel will give you a free bus card. Very convenient to get to train station then other cities. 」

"Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time."
