"One of the best properties I’ve stayed in. The view, the rooms, the staff with an inclusive breakfast - all it hit it just right. Transportation was very easy - there is a bus plying every hour to and fro Interlaken until 7:04pm. Collect the cards from front office to ride this bus for free. Overall, a lovely stay with just amazing setup. "

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and is still within 10 minutes walk to the train station. The room is clean, with basic amenities. There is no refrigerator in the room but there is a shared one in the common kitchen. I did not give five stars only because my room has the smell of smoke. The hotel is a non-smoking one but previous guests seemed to have smoked in the room."

"the hotel is nice and clean, it is located up in the mountain overviewing the lake. we got the duplex on two floors apartment for the 4 of us. the size of the apartment is ok. breakfast was very good with a lot of variety of choices, you can even ask for more choices that are not on the buffet. "Stayed 4 nights, the lady at the Reception (afternoon shift) was so nice and helpful Breakfast is served daily at the restaurant, food was good but they’re all the same every single day, no variation at all. The room was tiny for the price compared to other hotels I’ve been to, the room was clean though but old. A few times, I could smell smoke, don’t know where it’s coming from.
